The Coastal Outcast specializes in fly rod rentals. We are here to give anglers the opportunity to rent quality fly fishing outfits. We also have surf and inshore rod rentals available. We will provide you with all the gear to have a successful day in the water. If you have always been interested in learning how to fly fish, we also offer fly casting lessons as well!
The Emerald Coast offers one of a kind surf fishing. Throughout most of the year, there are opportunities to target numerous species of saltwater fish. The panhandle has an array of species in the gulf and bays such as, Redfish, Pompano, Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, Ladyfish, Speckled Trout, Whiting, Jack Crevalle, and many more. If weather and surf conditions are unfavorable in the Gulf of Mexico, we encourage visitors to explore the Choctawhatchee Bay, St. Andrews Bay, or the many Dune Lakes situated on 30A.
How it Works: You will choose a pick up date. Once your reservation is confirmed one of our team members will drop off and pick up a rod at your desired destination. We provide delivery / pick up to any Beach, Condos, Hotels or any other Vacancy Rental in Panama City Beach, 30A, Destin.

Rental Prices (2 Day Minimum)
FLY FISHING OUTFIT
STARTING AT $50 A DAY
We have options ranging from 8 WT – 10 WT Fly Rod Outfits. Each rod is rigged and ready to fish. All reels are spooled with 150 yards of dacron backing, intermediate sinking fly line and a 10 Ft – 20LB leader.
SURF ROD OUTFIT
STARTING AT $40 A DAY
12 FT Surf Rod rigged and ready to go. Ideal for casting bait longer distances and casting over breaking surf. These rods are able to handle most inshore species that are cruising the beaches.
INSHORE ROD OUTFIT
STARTING AT $40 A DAY
A perfect choice for sight fishing in the gulf, pier fishing, and fishing in our bays and dune lakes. These medium action rods are capable of landing many coastal species redfish, pompano, bluefish, ladyfish, and speckled trout to name a few. Great for adults and children who are new to saltwater fishing.
